Welcome Reception

Sponsored by Höganäs Sweden AB, the Welcome Reception (ticket holders only) will take place on Sunday 29 September, from 17:00 to 18:30. Snacks and beverages will be served while participants mingle and network to a backdrop of lounge music.

Lunches Monday to Wednesday

Time 12:30 – 14:00
Daily lunches (ticket holders only) will be buffet style held in the exhibition area, to allow participants some maximum flexibility during lunch time to visit the Exhibition, poster display area and attend some Industry corner sessions or discuss during a campfire meeting.
Additional tickets can be purchased onsite subject to availability.
Post-lunch coffee will be served in the exhibition area.
Refreshment breaks

Morning break: 10:00 – 11:00
Afternoon break: 15:30 – 16:30
The PM2024 exhibition area will feature three coffee stations, offering refreshments throughout the event and giving time to visit the Exhibition, attend some Industry corner sessions or discuss during a campfire meeting.

Poster Reception
Date : Monday 30 September
Time 17:30 – 19:00
The Poster reception will take place in the Poster display area, located in the exhibition. Please stop by to find out more about the Poster Authors who will be there to present their work. A light buffet of snacks and drinks will be served on this occasion.
The Peter Brewin Award will be presented to the best poster submitted and exhibited at the event (as judged by an independent panel of three judges).
This event is open to all participants, no ticket is required.
Congress Dinner
Date : Tuesday 01 October
Time 19:30 – 23:00

The Congress Gala Dinner, to be held at Slagthuset in central Malmö, will offer a unique and memorable experience, combining historic charm with modern sophistication.
Formerly a historic slaughterhouse, Slagthuset is now a vibrant, multi-purpose event space known for its blend of industrial architecture and contemporary design. High ceilings, exposed brick walls and expansive interiors create a distinctive atmosphere suited to large-scale events.
Upon arrival, guest will be offered a selection of welcome drinks and canapés, ideal for mingling and networking. Live music will enhance the atmosphere, with famous Swedish songs before the 3 course-dinner, featuring the best of Swedish and international cuisine.
Please note that participants will need to make their own way to Slagthuset, a 5-minutes train ride from the conference centre.
