Caroline holds a M.Sc. in Metallurgy and Materials technology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
She has been working for Höganäs AB since 1988, where she has held several management positions in product development, technical sales and marketing, product management, process development, production strategies, business development and market communication. Her work has been dominated by press and sinter materials and applications and has also included materials for surface coating and soft magnetic.
Within EPMA Caroline is co-chair of the EuroPress&Sinter sectoral group.
Mr Jim Shipley
Manager for Business Development

Jim is manager for business development for speciality high pressure equipment manufacturer Quintus Technologies, working with Hot Isostatic Pressing with a focus on Additive Manufacturing, Castings, Powder Near Net Shape and Metal Injection Moulding for all manner of alloys and industries.
Following graduation from the University of Nottingham in UK, Jim moved with Sandvik to Sweden over 30 years ago and has been focused on materials since. Jim has been at Quintus since 2017.
Jim is co-chair for European Powder Metallurgy Association HIP committee
