Organized during the Euro PM2024 Congress and Exhibition, the Campfire meetings are a small in size but large in content, relaxed meetings to discuss a particular topic for 30 minutes.
Led by a facilitator, participants discuss the topic in order to focus the discussion and give participants the opportunity to share their expertise.
Please note that Campfire meetings will be held without any IT/AV equipment.
Suggest a topic for discussion via the call for topic here and lead the discussion during the allocated time slot.
Submissions will be assessed, and successful submissions will be allocated an appropriate place in the programme. Details of successful Campfire Meeting submissions will be confirmed by email in early July and included in the Technical Programme.

Campfire Meetings are open to all congress participants, the Euro PM2024 programme will show the confirmed meetings. The Euro PM2024 Mobile App will show the confirmed meetings enabling you to add them to your onsite schedule.
