MalmöMässan Centre Information
General information about Exhibiting in Malmö can be found below. Any queries or onsite orders for the Centre can be managed below.
Shell Scheme Exhibitor Information
Our shell scheme stands in 2024 will be built by our long standing supplier MalmöMässan. The link above can be used to help outline your stand design, order furniture, or customise your design with their bespoke offering.
You can submit the completed form or any enquiries directly to MalmöMässan to Linda Knöös at linda@mass-service.se
Please select your preferred carpet colour from the Webshop above, and disregard the listed cost – this is included in your stand reservation.
You can also submit your stand fascia text to linda@mass-service.se
The deadlines for both carpet colours and fascia board text is 6 September – whereafter this will be allocated for you.
Included with a 9m2 stand:
- Aluminium frame and wall panels
- Fascia board with print, logo or text
- Company profile on the Euro PM2024 Website
- Bespoke promotional Euro PM2024 social media graphics to promote your attendance
- Carpet from a range of colours
- One 220v electric connection
- Three 150W spotlights
- Stand Cleaning
- Two Exhibition Personnel Registrations
- Two Technical Session Vouchers – these will be available to collect from the EPMA stand on site.
Please note – no furniture is included with your stand reservation. Please order this directly from MalmöMässan, if desired.
Shell Scheme Stand Dressing Times:
Sunday 29 September – 15:00 – 17:00
Monday 30 September – 09:00 – 11:00
Dismantling Times:
Wednesday 3 October – 17:00 – 18:00
Please note – all times are subject to change at this early stage. All items left on your stand after 18.00 will be deemed as waste and disposed of by the Congress Centre at your own cost. Please ensure all shipments are collected prior to 18.00, this can be arranged with EFM Logistics.
Own Stand Builders
Those Exhibitors constructing their own stand will need to submit their full stand design for approval by the MalmöMässan and their security team.
The deadline to submit these design is Friday 7 July 2024. Submit your design to exhibition@epma.com.
Additional services, such as elecrical connections, can be ordered from MalmöMässan using the webshop above.
General Design Guidelines:
- The maximum build height is 3.5m
- Electricity is provided overhead, and we will be able to confirm supply to specific areas of the stand once your design is submitted.

Saturday 28 September – 08:00 – 20:00
Sunday 29 September – 08:00 – 15:00
Stand Dressing Times:
Sunday 29 September – 15:00 – 17:00
Monday 30 September – 09:00 – 11:00
Stand Dismantling Times:
Wednesday 2 October – 17:00 – 24:00 (The hall not be accessible after this time)
